yellowducky's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- IT'S 2003 Happy 2003 Everyone. I should be in a meeting right now, but my client didn't show up. I should write her up for it. Clients aren't supposed to blow off mandantory meetings with their case managers, but for once I'm very grateful so I'm going to let it slide. See, I had about 2 1/2 hours of sleep last night. More than anything I would like to lay my head down on my desk and close my eyes. Can't do it....must resist. My neck isn't working....it's bending....bending....can't lift up my head. No, I didn't go out and do anything wild and crazy. I spent the evening with close friends I adore. We've all been through good and bad times together this year, and it was very appropriate that we "ring in" the new year together. It was great. None of us felt like being out with a large crowd or a bunch of strangers. We stayed in and simply enjoyed each other's company as we have for the past twelve months.
