yellowducky's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My Christmas OK, my Christmas entry. I worked Christmas day. It was incredible. The Monday before I went shopping with my boss. An anonymous source gave us $1,500 and we spent it all at Wal-Mart on our 15 families. It took us 5 hours but we did it. I discovered I'm as tight-fisted with other people's money as I am with my own. Christmas morning I put on reindeer antlers and woke up all the kids. You should have seen their faces when they opened their presents! Some of these kids can't even speak English, but their faces sure spoke for them. It was truly amazing. If I can't be home with my own family on Christmas morning there's no other place I'd rather be. After I got off work I went to spend time with a couple friends I adore. In all, it was a beautiful day.
